You need to set the scsi ID on the CDrom to something higher than your scsi drive id numbers, then you need to edit your CD0 driver (in your storage/dosdrivers), setting the unit number the same. Your CDroms should automount when you boot the machine.
For even easier installation, plus some other nice features, I recommend a commercial CDrom driver called Asim. It's only around $29.95, installs easily, has a PCD driver (to view photocd's) an audio cd remote control, and some other features, plus is very easy to install. Just double click the install icon and it asks you what unit number your cdrom is and then writes the driver for you.
